HPX technology used on Kaizen Discovery projects in Australia and DRC
Kaizen Discovery are deploying our deep-penetrating electrical survey technology on their 2014 exploration programs at the Fairholme copper and gold project in Australia and the Ebende PGE, nickel and copper project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Our proprietary high-power geophysical systems aim to evaluate deep exploration targets through the highly resistive cover at Ebende and highly conductive lake sediments at Fairholme. Both projects have proved to be difficult to explore using conventional induced polarization systems in the past.
"We are pleased to be supporting our subsidiary Kaizen Discovery’s continuing exploration efforts in the DRC and in Australia, and we look forward to evaluating the data," said Mark Gibson, Chief Executive Officer of HPX.
HPX has the capacity and capability to operate multiple, simultaneous Typhoon surveys in vastly different exploration conditions, such as those encountered in the DRC and Australia.
Details of the surveys can be found in this recent Kaizen announcement.
